Undo send; also in Gmail
Google did add a nice feature to their email – first I will give you some examples why you would/could need it….
- you hit the “send” button and realize you added the wrong attachment or maybe you forgot the attachment….
- you hit the “send” button and you realize you are sending it to the wrong person
- you are drunk; wrote an “angry email” = hit the “send” button and you realize you should not send this one…. (probably this extra feature will not help – as you reaction probably will be too slow…)
You can now put a delay behind the “send” button and after hitting that one – you still have a “cancel” button for 5 seconds…..
In your Gmail email account – you go to “settins” and then “labs”(where you will find more nice features) and you will see “undo send”…. turn that one on..!!
