Paint.net; free picture/photo editor
Another one of my lists of “favourites” and “using it for some years now”.
A photo/picture editor; a small download which does a great job.
If you think that Photoshop is a bit TOOOO much…. but the normal Windows paint is just not doing it…??
Then maybe this one, paint.net, can be your new help! A huge list of effects and adjustments. Easy cropping, pick a color within the picture and make other parts of the picture that same colour. Ad new layers within a picture. I could go on and on….. but there are two I need to share; it has unlimited “undo” function via de unlimited history AND, as it is based on OpenSource, you can find a lot of plug-ins !!
